Operations manager – special projects
Julie is responsible for the implementation of Time and Attendance, e-Rostering (TAeR) and electronic expense solutions across the NHS Payroll Services client base.
She uses her extensive systems knowledge to resolve issues and drive developments to meet the needs of clients.
Julie specialises in NHS Pensions but is proficient in the set up and administration of a number of alternative providers and has formulated a suite of robust pension procedures to meet statutory and contractual obligations. She has overseen the mandatory pensions automatic enrolment project assessing and managing the entitlements of over 25,000 staff.
Julie has over 27 years NHS payroll experience and is a valuable project board member in a number of organisations. She also holds the Prince2 project management certification at foundation level. Julie has spent her career in the NHS progressing from payroll officer up to operation management, assimilating specialist pensions knowledge.
