Karen McGreevy

Karen is responsible for daily staff management and has vast experience in project management, having been a lead in the implementation of ESR and Time and Attendance, e-Rostering (TAeR) in two large foundation trusts.
Karen has extensive technical and operational knowledge of ESR and has systematically trained a number of staff in the department and other organisations. As a supportive and knowledgeable manager, she uses her strong planning and organisational skills to ensure that all personal and departmental targets are met.
Background
Karen has over 25 years NHS payroll experience and holds the CIPP diploma in payroll management and a BTEC in national business and finance. She joined the team in 1987 as a payroll support officer progressing to her current role.
