Lindsey is regarded as an expert in NHS processes and controls with an extensive breadth of knowledge in NHS payroll services.

Lindsey ensures that timely and accurate payments are delivered to over 40,000 employees each period. She has specialist knowledge of ESR functionality, having been a project manager in its implementation, and is committed to the continuous improvement and development of ESR to realise its full benefits.

Lindsey has been recognised nationally for her contribution to the HMRC Real Time Information (RTI) procedure and best practice. She is also a specialist in the analysis and interpretation of complex legislation and NHS terms and conditions of service. Technically proficient, Lindsey provides reports and information for our clients and can modify these to meet client’s exact requirements.

Background

Lindsey has a CIPP diploma in payroll management and formal ESR training accreditations including Workstructure and Discoverer functionalities. Lindsey has spent most of her career in the NHS, progressing to her current strategic operations role.
