Lisa Hindmarsh

Lisa is a consummate payroll professional and a specialist in service delivery, with a focus on projects designed to modernise and innovate.
She ensures mandatory customer care training is carried out by all employees and oversees the streamlining and alignment of processes, ensuring the department meets the needs of customers and stakeholders at all times. This has resulted in the service achieving the international ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard.
Lisa’s continued commitment to payroll training has seen the department reaccredited with the CIPP’s Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) which recognises best practice in the training and development of payroll staff. Lisa is also a fellow and tutor for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and her work has resulted in over 10% of payroll staff in the department achieving a range of professional qualifications.
Background
Lisa has an MSc in payroll and business management and a CIPP diploma in payroll management. She is a fully certified Prince2 project manager and ISO lead auditor. Lisa has over 15 years payroll experience, prior to joining NHS Payroll Services she was a payroll manager in a bureau processing over 150 payrolls each period.
